Description
Ogden City is seeking qualifications from general contractors for an ongoing prequalification pool supporting housing rehabilitation construction services. The work involves renovation of residential properties owned by or under the direction of the Ogden City Community Development Division, with projects ranging from $10,000 to over $100,000. Contractors must hold a Utah Lead-Based Paint Certification or obtain one within six months, and must maintain the required B-100 or R-100 license. Evaluation considers experience, expertise, references, licensing, and certifications. Insurance requirements include $3,000,000 in commercial general liability, $1,000,000 in business automobile liability, and workers’ compensation. Performance and payment bonds are required for each project.
