The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Ogden is seeking a quotation for an estimated five STATOR TUBE, TORQUE units for the C-130, NSN 1630-00-102-4365. Acceptable part-numbered items are 9550151-1 from Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems (CAGE 0B9R9) and 250A646-1 from Jay-Em Aerospace Corporation (CAGE 23233). The requirement is restricted to qualified sources, and the Government states that the supplies are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources. Range pricing is requested for quantities of 1–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–11, and 12 or more units, with an estimated delivery date of December 30, 2027. The supplier must provide traceability documentation identifying the item, part number, specifications, NSN, manufacturing source, CAGE code, and supply-chain intermediaries, along with available batch or serial information and inspection, test, material-certification, and manufacturing-process records. Items must comply with applicable military packaging, marking, quality, identification, and delivery requirements, including MIL-STD-2073-1, MIL-STD-129, MIL-STD-130, and the attached Special Packaging Instruction. The solicitation also requires CMMC Level I and approval for U.S. contractors only.
