Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for three circuit card assemblies identified as F-16 electronic components, NSN 5998-01-117-7048, part number 16E1223-817. The acquisition is restricted to qualified sources identified as Elbit (CAGE 0WEC9) and Lockheed (CAGE 81755); other contractors must submit a qualification package under the solicitation's manufacturing qualification requirements. CMMC Level I is required. The components must meet the specified engineering, airworthiness, soldering, traceability, counterfeit-part prevention, inspection, unique-identification, and military packaging requirements. The contractor must provide a Counterfeit Prevention Plan as a contract data deliverable and deliver the components by June 30, 2028. The solicitation requires military packaging and marking in accordance with applicable Department of Defense standards, including electrostatic-discharge protection and MIL-STD-130/MIL-STD-129 requirements.
