The U.S. Army Mission Installation Contracting Command at Fort Leavenworth is soliciting bids for a firm-fixed-price contract to provide inspection and testing services for lightning protection systems (LPS) on various buildings and facilities. The contractor will perform visual inspections, certified resistance testing, and create or verify CAD drawings of existing LPS. The work will be performed at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, and includes a base year with one option year. The contractor must comply with applicable standards including NFPA 780, UFC 3-575-01, and DA PAM 385-64. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside. A site visit is scheduled for August 25, 2026, and bids are due September 17, 2026.
