Description
The State seeks one or more contractors to provide administrative and facilitative support to its Child and Eldercare Committee. Work includes preparing for committee meetings; administering child and eldercare reimbursement applications, including printing and distributing applications, reviewing and submitting them for committee review, and drafting approval or denial letters; coordinating with child care resource and referral contractors; and supporting benefit engagement and promotion through communications and benefit fairs. Responses must include a cover letter, technical response, references, price schedule, completed Certificate of Compliance, and an AI disclosure. The technical response must address the bidder’s organization, relevant capabilities and experience, any current or past Vermont state projects, and intended subcontractors. At least three similar-business references from the last 12 months are required, with knowledgeable contact names. A sample of applicable reporting documentation is also requested.
