Description
The University System of New Hampshire seeks a marketing and communications partner to support the University of New Hampshire’s work on the GO-NORTH Rural Health Transformation workforce initiative. Services include strategic marketing and communications planning; brand development and visual identity; branded print and digital materials; website and digital content hub development, hosting, and maintenance; targeted advertising and outreach campaigns; social media, video, and other content production; public relations and stakeholder communications; and analytics and campaign evaluation. Work must coordinate with GO-NORTH and other hubs to maintain consistent messaging and branding for statewide audiences. The proposal should describe the firm’s approach, relevant experience, case studies, project team, and detailed budget. Respondents must also provide three recommendation letters and at least three client references, and complete the revised General Response Workbook. The intended agreement term is five years, contingent on grant funding, with no guaranteed spend. The stated budget is $210,000 per year for marketing and communications, plus website design funding of $40,000 in Year 1 and hosting and maintenance funding of $10,000 per year; the solicitation also describes these amounts as subject to funding and needs assessments.
