Description
Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is requesting bids for construction management and construction inspection (CM/CI) services for the 2026 Neighborhood Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) – Contract B project. The work includes verifying service-line materials, replacing lead service lines, and restoring disturbed areas. The project is subject to PENNVEST funding requirements and is federally funded through EPA financial assistance. Contractors must document compliance with Executive Orders 11625, 12138, and 12432 and 40 CFR Part 33, including the Six Good Faith Efforts to identify and solicit Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms, state-qualified small businesses, and minority- and women-owned business enterprises for construction, equipment, services, and supplies.
