Description
This Sources Sought notice requests capability statements from vendors able to provide commercially available encrypted or unencrypted low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite terminals and internet services. The anticipated scope includes fixed and mobile terminals, subscriptions, connectivity, monitoring, warranties, logistics, remote provisioning, equipment replacement, and technical support. Solutions are intended to support primary or backup connectivity, operations in degraded environments, disaster response, and mobile command use. On-site implementation labor and facility work are outside the stated scope; the contractor would assume operational responsibility for existing LEO service accounts and supported systems. Responses should describe the vendor’s relevant capabilities and implementation experience, reseller relationships, service-plan and data-pooling options, service pause and reactivation terms, warranty considerations, and applicable government contract vehicles. Vendors should also recommend a contract type and pricing methodology and provide a rough order of magnitude. This is a market-research notice, not a request for quotes, bids, or proposals.
