Commercial Cellular Services for Area Support Group–Jordan

This Sources Sought/Request for Information seeks information from capable providers of commercial cellular telephone services for Area Support Group–Jordan and the Joint Training Center in Jordan. The anticipated requirement includes local and international voice, SMS/MMS, internet data, tethering, voicemail, advanced calling features, premium service plans, additional data packs, MiFi data plans, SIM provisioning and management, usage alerts, overage controls, and roaming across the specified countries. Respondents must describe their ability to provide complete 5G or current-standard coverage, including indoor facilities; 24/7 technical support; on-site support within 24 hours; network availability and call-quality performance; emergency survivability and recovery; mass notification; infrastructure enhancements and maintenance; and online account management. Responses must include company information, relevant experience, network and roaming capabilities, support and performance capabilities, ROM pricing using the illustrative CLIN structure, and any small-business participation or subcontracting approach.
