Description
Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) is soliciting site-specific quotes for wireline Ethernet or fixed wireless circuits at the locations listed in Appendix A. Responses must include a completed Cost Model for each site bid, covering the proposed local-loop type, monthly recurring and non-recurring costs, installation interval, and at least one supplemental-bandwidth price per site. The requested service must meet the mandatory requirements in the RFQ and the applicable Network Services Agreement and technical addendum. A signed Certificate and Assurances (Appendix B) and the completed Excel Cost Model (Appendix A) are required with the response. Responding contractors must already have a signed WaTech Network Services Agreement and the applicable Wireline Ethernet and/or Fixed Wireless Technical Addendum; otherwise, the response will be disqualified. The RFQ also describes site-specific installation and security requirements, including background checks where applicable.
