The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Office of Satellite and Product Operations intends to procure scalable satellite-to-ground communication services for environmental data missions. The scope includes ground station site certification, telemetry downlink data services, and satellite commanding data services for partner missions, including COSMIC-2/FORMOSAT-7, KOMPSAT-5, and PAZ.
