Description
Trinity Metro seeks a vendor to provide scheduled and on-demand delivery of specified engine oils, transmission fluids, gear oils, hydraulic lift oil, compressor oil, and grease for fleet maintenance. Bidders must provide firm-fixed pricing for the listed products. Deliveries may be made to maintenance facilities, bulk storage tanks, tote systems, or drum stations; standard delivery schedules will be based on consumption, and on-demand deliveries require a maximum 24-hour turnaround, with emergency delivery capability upon request. Products must meet or exceed applicable OEM and API/ACEA specifications, and substitutions require prior written authorization. The vendor must use certified, regularly calibrated metering equipment or original sealed containers, provide safety data sheets for all products, and ensure delivery personnel have HAZMAT certifications and use spill-containment protocols. The contractor is liable for costs resulting from contaminated, off-specification, or improper deliveries.
