York County Government is soliciting proposals for the renovation and restoration of deteriorated exterior wood elements at a courthouse located in Alfred, Maine. The work includes labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and all other services necessary to address rot and damaged materials, restore elements such as siding, trim, and the cupola, and improve the property's durability and finished appearance consistent with the existing building.
