Description
Regional School Unit 21 is seeking a qualified firm to conduct a comprehensive district-wide demographic, capacity, and facilities study for its six schools. The work includes enrollment projections, school capacity and space-utilization analysis, and comprehensive facility-condition assessments. The study must also support development of a long-term capital improvement plan for the district. Proposals must be submitted by the stated deadline, and the district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award the contract in its best interest.
