Description
This Sources Sought notice requests information for market research only; it is not a solicitation for competitive quotes or proposals, and no solicitation currently exists. The agency is assessing businesses’ capabilities and qualifications, compliance with the Nonmanufacturer Rule and domestic sourcing requirements, and estimated pricing for courier services. The anticipated service involves scheduled and as-needed, all-inclusive round trips transporting pharmaceuticals, laboratory specimens, medical supplies, administrative materials, and small equipment weighing up to 50 pounds per item. Routes connect the medical center with three VA community-based outpatient clinics and designated non-VA medical facilities. Respondents are asked to provide company and business-size information, answer questions about applicable sourcing and reseller qualifications, describe relevant capabilities and contracts, and provide estimated pricing.
