Description
Weslaco ISD is seeking proposals for voluntary employee insurance benefits products. Proposals must be submitted electronically through IONWave; mailed or hand-delivered packages will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted virtually via Google Meet on July 16, 2026, with the link posted on www.wisd.us/resources/bids-and-proposals. During the virtual opening, only the vendor name and location will be announced. Weslaco ISD is not responsible for proposals not meeting the deadline. The awarding of the proposal will take place at a WISD public school board meeting. The Weslaco ISD School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, waive minor technicalities, or award the proposal to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of, and provides the best value to, the District.
