Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting competitive bids for concrete slab services at the Rio Grande State Hospital Bldg. 514, Maintenance Shop. The scope of work includes site preparation, forming and reinforcement, concrete pouring and finishing, and curing and cleanup for two concrete slabs (30'x52' and 20'x60' driveway). The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation. The contract term is from award until August 31, 2026, with no renewal options. Bidders must attend one of two mandatory on-site visits to be considered responsive.
