Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for a compact B-Scan imaging ultrasound system. The system must be lightweight, easily transportable, and cart-based, suitable for small examination rooms. Key requirements include an integrated color high-resolution touchscreen, DICOM compatibility for interfacing with VA systems, USB and Ethernet ports, HDMI output, and a 15 MHz B-Scan Transducer frequency. The system must also feature built-in pattern recognition for various eye types and at least six different methods for keratometric correction and implant calculation. The contractor will be responsible for installation, comprehensive system testing, and certification that the system is safe and ready for patient use. Delivery of all hardware is expected within 90 days of award, with implementation within 60 days after delivery, and education/training to follow within 60-90 days after implementation. The product must be USA manufactured and include at least a one-year warranty.
