Description
The Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments is seeking an expert marketing and communications firm to implement Clean Air Partners' strategic marketing, public relations, media outreach, and fundraising program in the metropolitan Baltimore-Washington region. The opportunity includes ongoing support for clean air initiatives and requires submission of technical and cost proposals, past-performance and contract references, affidavits, a good-standing letter, a proposal response form, an ACORD certificate of insurance, and exceptions documentation as applicable.
