Description
Hanover Township is soliciting bids for three sewer rehabilitation contracts. Contract A covers approximately 3,210 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main rehabilitation using cured-in-place pipe lining. Contract B covers approximately 125 vertical feet of full-depth sanitary sewer manhole rehabilitation using epoxy lining. Contract C covers approximately 1,040 linear feet of 10- to 18-inch storm sewer pipe rehabilitation using cured-in-place pipe lining. Addendum No. 1 revises the contract time: substantial completion is due within 40 calendar days after the Contract Times commence, and final payment readiness is due within 85 calendar days. The work is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Bids require security equal to 10% of the total bid price; the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds and insurance. Bids must be submitted through PennBid.
