Description
The City of Sherman is soliciting a contractor for a lump-sum and unit-price construction project involving a closed-conduit storm drain system with approximately 170 linear feet of reinforced concrete pipe, two cast-in-place wye inlets, and one pair of wingwalls at the storm drain outfall. The work includes demolition, traffic control, earthwork, grading, testing, and all necessary labor and materials. The contractor must grade and sod a triangular drainage channel with 3.5:1 side slopes and a 20-foot top width, sod other disturbed areas, and repave approximately 44 linear feet of S. Cimmaron Trail with a 9-inch crushed aggregate base and 3-inch hot-mix asphalt concrete surface course. The project is identified as Bid Number 2027-01.
