Description
Harris County is seeking bids to repair permeable pavers and complete associated site and stormwater improvements at Providence Gardens. Work includes excavation and concrete pavement, sidewalks and trench drains, bioswale regrading, storm sewer and inlet installation, a concrete weir, fencing, site restoration, permitting, and utility coordination. The project is federally funded and includes Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements, Harris County's contractor minimum wage policy, and M/WBE participation requirements. The contractor must complete the work within 45 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
