Description
The University of Wyoming intends to issue one or more sole-source purchase orders to Strider Technologies, Inc. for subscription access to its intelligence platform and associated services for a two-year term. The notice identifies the purchase as a formal sole-source notification and states that no piggyback contract is involved.
