Description
Weld County is soliciting a lump-sum bid for the sale and delivery of a Viavi CX300 Communications Service Monitor. The requested equipment must include auto-test capabilities for Kenwood/Viking, Motorola APX, Motorola NEXT, Harris, and BK/Relm KNG radios; a two-port vector network analyzer; P25 Conventional and P25 Phase II (TDMA) capabilities; cable and antenna analysis; a hard carrying case; and a minimum three-year care plan. Bidders must complete and submit the provided bid response form and acknowledge any addenda. The bid must be submitted as a PDF, with pricing provided as a lump-sum total. The solicitation permits email, online upload when the email file exceeds 25 MB, or hand delivery. The addendum changes the bid deadline to October 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. MDT.
