Description
The City seeks one or more temporary staffing firms to supply on-site salaried professionals supporting day-to-day finance operations during its ERP replacement. Positions may include payroll supervisors and analysts, accounts payable supervisors and specialists, revenue specialists, procurement supervisors and senior staff, and accounting supervisors and senior staff. Minimum experience ranges from three to five or more years of direct government experience in the relevant function. Staff will work full- or part-time on the City's campus; remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. The City will determine position counts and start dates as needed, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum hours. Proposals must describe the firm's staffing and recruiting approach, candidate screening and onboarding, supervision, and pricing by job classification, including employee pay rates, bill rates, markups, discounts, and conversion fees. Respondents must provide relevant experience and at least three client references for similar staffing projects from the past three years, financial information, proposed team information, and specified certifications. The selected provider will coordinate background screening and onboarding with the City, employ the assigned personnel, and maintain periodic on-site supervisory presence if required.
