Description
The California Conservation Corps is soliciting hybrid counseling services for Corpsmembers ages 18–25 at the Mendocino Center. The contractor must provide individual counseling, group counseling, crisis intervention, case management, education and personal-development workshops, peer counseling and leadership support, community-resource referrals, staff consultation and training, and related reporting. Services are expected to include approximately 4–6 professional hours per week, with possible fluctuations based on available funds, emergencies, and fire or spike seasons. The anticipated service allocation is 75% individual counseling, 15% group counseling, 5% staff consultation or training, and 5% report writing and statistics. The required professional qualification is a current California license as a clinical social worker, clinical psychologist, marriage and family therapist, or clinical psychiatrist. A registered Marriage and Family Therapist intern may perform up to 70% of the services under the stated supervision requirements. The estimated agreement amount is $25,000, and the agreement term runs from approval through June 30, 2027. Monthly program data must be submitted using the CCC Counseling Program Individual Contact Report and Group Contact Report.
