Description
Naval Air Systems Command, Program Management Activity 209 (PMA-209) Air Combat Electronics requires one (1) Gen6 Lifecycle Sustainment Risk Assessment. This assessment will support Collins Aerospace in identifying sustainment capabilities for the AN/ARC-210(V) RT-2036(C) Gen6 system. The effort includes procuring the risk assessment and a mid-term and final brief detailing findings. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) because the AN/ARC-210(V) electronic protection (EP) radio systems and associated support equipment are commercial products, and Collins Aerospace will not provide the necessary technical data for competitive procurement or support. Therefore, Collins Aerospace is considered the only responsible source. This notice is not a request for proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding by June 26, 2026. Any response must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact Collins Aerospace directly.
