Description
The National Park Service is procuring one new, commercial-grade heavy-duty four-wheel-drive dump truck for maintenance operations at Morristown National Historical Park. The truck must include a diesel engine, dual rear wheels, a 9-foot stainless-steel Mason dump body, trailer-towing equipment, a 16,500-pound GVWR payload package, snowplow preparation, rear-view camera preparation, running boards, underbody protection, and related equipment. The vehicle must be new, comply with applicable New Jersey emissions and safety requirements, and include a six-year/100,000-mile zero-deductible extended warranty. The contractor must deliver the truck 280–365 days after receipt of order, provide the owner's manual, warranty information, maintenance schedule, delivery timeline, and warranty terms, and support inspection, acceptance, and an operational overview. Quotations must include the completed SF 18, acknowledged amendments if applicable, a completed Technical Questionnaire, a completed Past Performance Questionnaire, and a separate firm-fixed-price quote. At least two recent and relevant projects completed within the past five years are required, with verifiable customer contact information.
