Description
The Village of Lake George is soliciting proposals for a revocable license concession to operate commercial cabana rentals and sell approved beach provisions at Shepard Park Beach. This opportunity is for the 2026 summer operating season. Detailed specifications, proposal requirements, and bid forms can be obtained from the Village Clerk's office at Village Hall, 26 Old Post Road, Lake George, NY 12845, or by emailing clerk@lgvillage.org during business hours starting June 18, 2026. Sealed proposals are due by 10:00 AM on June 26, 2026. The Village of Lake George Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
