Description
The State University of New York, Empire State University (SUNY Empire) is soliciting proposals for color correction, printing, and mailing services for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 editions of the Connection Magazine. The scope includes printing 35,000 magazines per issue (28 pages each, 8.25"x11" finished size) on 70# dull text for interiors and 100# dull cover for covers, with aqueous coating on the outside cover only. The vendor will also print and insert remittance envelopes with a static 2D barcode, provide address verification using NCOA software, and deliver to the USPS. SUNY Empire will provide magazine files and mailing lists. The estimated total award is up to $125,000. The contract includes SDVOB goal of 6%, MBE goal of 14%, and WBE goal of 16%.
