Description
The Town of Greenwich is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide structural engineering services for a housing project funded by NYS HCR. This initiative focuses on the moderate rehabilitation of existing owner-occupied residential properties, specifically 1-4 unit dwellings. The selected firm will collaborate with program consultants and the Town to develop structural plans that will be incorporated into the scope of work for general contractors.
