Description
This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing 400 Amp, 120/240 Volt, 3-phase electrical main distribution panel and disconnect switch at Camp Wilton, located at 75 Northern Pines Road, Wilton, NY 12831. The work includes coordination with National Grid for service line disruptions and reconnections, installation of a new main disconnect switch and electrical panel, and replacement of any damaged or worn electrical lines within the enclosure and electrical room. A third-party inspection of the electrical work is also required. The contractor must adhere to New York State Public Works project requirements, including prevailing wages, and ensure all materials are secured daily. Underground conduit must be PVC schedule 80, and all indoor conduit must be EMT. The contractor is responsible for site cleanup and disposal of materials. Work is to be performed between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The project must be completed within 45 days of receiving the purchase order.
