Description
The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is seeking bids for the installation of approximately 285 linear feet of vinyl privacy fence at their facility located at 7 Stewart Drive, Lake Luzerne, NY. The project requires the vendor to provide all labor and materials, including a 4-foot wide lockable gate and an 8-foot double gate. The vinyl fence must be heavy-duty, 6'x8' with a 7" top and bottom rail, and capable of withstanding winds up to 100 mph. Posts must be new, pressure-treated 4x4s, cemented in the ground and reinforced. This is a New York State Public Works Project, and prevailing wages must be paid. Vendors and subcontractors must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor. Work is to be completed within 60 days of award.
