Description
The Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Capital District DDSO is seeking quotes for the conversion of an existing bathroom to an ADA-compliant bathroom at 8 Twilight Drive, Clifton Park, NY. This is a New York State Public Works Project, and prevailing wages must be paid. Vendors and subcontractors must be registered with the NYS Department of Labor to bid on this project. A mandatory site visit is required prior to submitting a quote. Quotes must be submitted on the official bid form, include a materials and labor cost breakdown, and be received by 2:30 p.m. on July 22, 2026. The scope of work includes all labor and materials necessary for the renovation, following attached design specifications. Work is to be completed within 60 days of award. The project site is an occupied residence, and the contractor must adhere to specific safety requirements and ensure continuous work until completion. All tools and materials must be secured at the end of each workday. Smoking is prohibited on OPWDD sites.
