Description
The City of Clermont is seeking information from qualified contractors, developers, or construction firms regarding the feasibility and interest in constructing a proposed multi-use recreation center. The facility is anticipated to be primarily used for indoor pickleball, with a minimum of 12 indoor pickleball courts and at least 15,000 square feet of interior space. Additional components may include multi-use recreation areas such as padel courts, sand volleyball, flexible recreation space, and food and beverage uses like a restaurant, food court, cafe, or microbrewery. Optional site improvements include trails, outdoor recreation and gathering areas, and landscaping. This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or offer to contract.
