Description
The Indian Health Service is conducting market research for as-needed dental laboratory services supporting the Zia Dental Clinic. The contractor would fabricate, repair, and customize dental prosthetics and appliances, including crowns, bridges, splints, full and partial dentures, and related dental laboratory products, based on prescriptions issued by clinic providers. The contractor would also package, ship, and deliver completed cases. Responses must include the company name and Unique Entity Identifier, business-size and socioeconomic-status information, the completed IHS IEE Representation Form, and a capability statement, product brochure, and/or applicable past-performance information. The notice is seeking information regarding potential Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise or Total Small Business Set-Aside eligibility and is not a solicitation. The anticipated period of performance is one base year plus four one-year option periods beginning January 1, 2027.
