Description
Cooperative Educational Services is soliciting proposals for integrated payment, point-of-sale, and management systems and related services. Offerors must submit proposals and financial statements electronically through the CES eProcurement system; hard-copy submissions are not accepted. Access to the solicitation documents and submission instructions requires creation of a bidder account in the system. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams. The solicitation identifies the procurement as RFP 2027-15 and states that proposals are due by the specified deadline.
