Description
The project includes remodeling approximately 5,000 square feet of existing office and laboratory space, constructing a 788-square-foot laboratory addition, and constructing a 910-square-foot greenhouse. Work includes associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, architectural, roofing, finishes, access control, lighting, fire alarm, and site improvements. Alternates include upgraded doors, greenhouse workroom and bathroom construction, a connecting steel tube canopy, access control and lighting modifications, ceiling modifications, and carpet replacement. Addendum 4 corrects bid lots and alternates, extends the addendum deadline to September 18, 2026, and requires bidders to acknowledge receipt of the addendum. Bids must include the Bid Form, a 5% bid bond, required insurance documentation, applicable subcontractor listing, and required prerequisite forms through the Pistol Pete's Bidding System. The work must be completed within 270 calendar days after notice to proceed, with liquidated damages of $500 per day for late completion.
