The Waccamaw Regional Transportation Authority, doing business as Coast RTA, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms and proposing teams to provide an integrated transit technology solution, an implementation strategy, and related support services. The Agency intends to select the responsible and responsive proposer offering the best value under the stated evaluation criteria.
