Description
The New York State Veterans Cemetery - Finger Lakes requires a contractor to provide professional cemetery burial services, including dignified handling of headstone and marker settings, groundskeeping activities, and snow removal. All work must comply with NCA standards (38 CFR Part 38 and NCA guidelines) under the direction of the Cemetery Director. The contractor shall supply all necessary staff to supplement current state staffing as needed. Bidders must have at least one year of experience operating heavy equipment for excavation, site preparation, monument or foundation setting, grounds maintenance, and snow removal. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.
