Description
The New Jersey Air National Guard is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for 21 brand-name-or-equal Digilock LockUp three-tier, nine-door electronic locker units for securing personal protective equipment. Each unit must have clear polycarbonate doors, a galvanized steel frame, battery-operated digital reprogrammable combination locks, individual and master-key access, rapid reset capability, number plates, gray finish, dimensions of 36 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 82 inches high, nine compartments, and a minimum two-year warranty. The units must be shipped fully assembled; installation and placement are not required. Quotes must identify the offered brand, make and model, product country of origin, technical characteristics, quantity, pricing, delivery information, and quote expiration date. Equal products must include descriptive literature and identify any modifications. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside under NAICS 337215, with award planned to the lowest-priced technically acceptable, responsible offeror. The quote must include a completed FAR 52.212-3 Alternate I representation and certifications provision, and all solicitation amendments must be acknowledged. Foreign products are permitted but may receive a 50 percent evaluation factor if from a non-qualifying country.
