Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Morgantown, West Virginia campus requires professional power washing and window cleaning services for Buildings H and L. This is a Sources Sought notice to determine the availability and capability of qualified sources. The services include cleaning exterior building surfaces, curtain wall systems, storefront glass, entry doors, canopies, skylights, atrium glass, as well as interior window surfaces, glass partitions, lobby glass, conference room glass, and glass doors. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, and safety provisions, adhering to OSHA regulations and industry standards. This includes providing all necessary PPE, securing work areas, and ensuring safe access for pedestrians and vehicles. The contractor must also protect property from damage, clean up debris daily, and properly dispose of wastewater. Responses should detail the company's capabilities, employee qualifications, any relevant contract vehicles, and business size classification.
