Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Adjutant General's Office, Division of Engineering and Facilities, to establish a contract for the construction of a new concrete pad and electrical service at the Fixed Wing Army Aviation Training Site (FWAATS) in Bridgeport, WV. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment to install a concrete pad approximately 14' x 41' with an extension to existing pavement approximately 10' x 50', including excavation, drainage pipe, reinforced concrete, control joints, and a UFER ground. The electrical work includes installing a new meter base, conduit, a 60A disconnect switch, and a watertight receptacle, all in compliance with NEC and local codes. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST at the FWAATS facility. Vendor technical questions are due by July 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST. Bids are due by July 8, 2026, at 1:30 PM EST.
