Description
The West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DCR) is soliciting bids to establish an open-ended contract for preventive maintenance and inspections, corrective maintenance, repairs, replacement parts, and installation of new devices and equipment for the equipment, plumbing, and systems at the Pruntytown Correctional Center and Jail (PCC&J) located at 2006 Trap Springs Road, Grafton, WV 26354. The contract covers a wide range of equipment including air handlers, condensers, boilers, hot water heaters, HVAC units, and a building automation system. Preventive maintenance is required on a biannual basis, and corrective maintenance will be performed as needed on an hourly basis. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, and supplies, and must comply with all security and safety requirements of the facility. The contract is for a one-year initial term with the potential for four one-year renewals.
