Description
The City of Littlefield, Texas is requesting competitively sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the remodeling and renovation of an approximately 6,500 square foot existing building to serve as the new Littlefield City Hall, located at 2401 S. Hall Ave, Littlefield, TX 79339. The selected contractor will be responsible for remaining demolition of existing interior walls as identified, and construction in accordance with approved architectural plans and specifications. All work must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local building codes and procurement requirements for municipal governments in Texas.
