Description
Texas Tech University (TTU) is soliciting proposals for Maintenance and Repair Staff Augmentation Services to support its growing and developing campus. The selected contractor(s) will provide skilled, semi-skilled, and trade-specific personnel to supplement existing TTU staff for routine maintenance, emergency repairs, renovation projects, preventative maintenance, and large-scale construction tasks. Services cover a wide range of trades including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, masonry, painting, grounds maintenance, demolition, roadwork, facility maintenance, acoustical and drywall, building construction, storefront/glass work, building envelope repairs, flooring, special trades, boiler/chiller services, site preparation, and custodial services. Personnel may be assigned on an as-needed basis for short-term or long-term placements. The contract is expected to have a maximum term of four years with up to four one-year renewal options.
