The Texas Health and Human Services Commission, on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division, is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from a general contractor for Project No. 24-119-LBL. The project requires construction and construction administration services to demolish the existing fire alarm system and furnish and install a new addressable fire alarm system throughout designated buildings at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and related operations. The existing system must remain operational until acceptance of the new system except where the design documents provide otherwise. Only systems conforming exactly to the designated specifications, including the specified brand names, makes, and model numbers, will be considered. The approximate construction cost is $3,676,427.
