Description
The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians seeks a contractor to furnish, install, splice, and test outside-plant fiber-optic infrastructure for its broadband network. Work includes aerial and underground fiber, support strand, conduit, handholes, pedestals, PON cabinets, service terminals, grounding and related equipment, with installation and testing to follow the attached plans and specifications. The proposal must include unit and extended pricing, delivery and construction schedules, logistics and contingency plans, contractor qualifications, similar-project experience and references, crew information, and the required Indian-preference statement or applicable supporting documentation. Covered materials must meet Build America, Buy America requirements, with individual certifications and project compliance records provided by the selected vendor.
