The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs seeks a professional engineering firm for a habitat enhancement project on approximately 1.6 miles of degraded depositional floodplain along Shitike Creek. The scope includes surveying, conceptual design, hydraulic analysis of baseline and proposed conditions, final design, a basis of design report, and a construction budget. The selected firm will also provide construction oversight. Design drawings are anticipated by winter 2027, with final drawings and specifications by winter 2028; construction is anticipated in summer 2029, subject to implementation funding. The estimated project price range is $100,000 to $250,000. The project contains federal funding and is subject to Indian Preference and applicable federal, state, and tribal rules and regulations.
