Description
The contractor will provide professional technical editing and writing services to develop and prepare a contract administration manual for highway and bridge maintenance, standard highway maintenance specifications, and request-for-proposal packages for several contract maintenance areas, including the Deerfoot Highway Maintenance Area. Work will be based on information and data supplied by the Highway Operations Section. The proposal must be submitted as two separate PDF files: a qualification submission and a fee proposal. Each file must be less than 10 MB. The estimated contract period is 34 months, with a proposed start date of November 23, 2026.
